Ways to Get Involved
| Role | Programme | Commitment & Focus |
| Mentor | Innovation Boost | Provide focused, dedicated 1-to-1 guidance to an academic team (up to 10 hours across 12-14 weeks). Your role is a trusted advisor, working alongside the university Commercialisation Manager to evaluate strategy and execution. |
| Mentor | Innovation Sprint | Participate in fast-paced speed-networking sessions (20-minute 1-to-1s) to provide honest, supportive, and immediate feedback on early-stage ideas. This is an excellent introductory option. |
| Expert | Events & Ad-hoc | Share your specialist knowledge at in-person sessions, fireside chats, or panel discussions on topics critical to commercialisation, such as: Product Market Fit, Funding Readiness, Building a Team, or Market Discovery. |
